Only a few days left!

Great racing at Pevely last night!! King Kong really walked away with it! Frank Heckenest jr. did very well and won his heat race, congrats to him on that! Feger was the hard charger of the night! It took him a while to get going and get past lap traffic but he moved from 19th to 5th! If there were a few more laps I am sure he would have moved up more. The Dream is less than a week away and I know its going to be a great race! Feger is definitely a top contender this year! 4 days until the pageant! Its getting down to crunch time! I got interviewed last night for DirtCast and it was so cool! It was great practice for answering questions. I want to thank Brett who did the interview. I would also like to thank the Izzo's of Lasalle Speedway for interviewing me at intermission and letting me be trophy girl on Thursday night for the Monster Midwest race. There is some great racing coming up in the next couple weeks and I can't wait! I am looking forward to the Dream and meeting all the people that have been supportive of me doing this pageant! Thanks again everyone!

Big wins this past weekend!

Congrats to Feger and Shepp for big wins this weekend! I will only be able to go to Lasalle on Saturday for the Lucas Oil race because of lovely work. Still waiting to hear back from Eldora if I am a contestant or not. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Just got home last night and I am ready to go racing! Farmer City tonight if the rain holds off and then who knows for the rest of the weekend.

Jamaica....

This weekend is going to be some of the best racing around(except Eldora) and I am going to miss it. My sister is getting married in Jamaica and I will be gone from Friday until Thursday of next week, which means no going to Paducah or Shepp's Speedway. The races in Paducah are going to be televised which means a very good turn out. My mom couldn't believe it when I said I didn't want to go to Jamaica because I was missing races. She just doesn't understand...lol Only 35 days until the Ms. Eldora Speedway Pageant! It seems so far away but it is rapidly approaching. Still waiting to hear if I am one of the lucky 25 contestants chosen. I will keep posting while I am out of the states, but someone is going to have to let me know what is going on at the racetracks!
